Cons (-) About a year or so ago, Marriott hotels stopped providing full captioning on its televisions. Only a few channels are captioned and none of the networks. If you're satisfied with ESPN, it will be fine. But if you like television shows on other channels, and if you're hard or hearing or deaf, Marriott is not for you. Pros (+) The rooms were spacious and clean. Nicely decorated and updated.
Cons (-) Desk staff needs to be more proactive and better at follow through. Two occasions-left a room key for someone at the desk and staff 'lost' it. Light fixture IN the pool fell out and floated around in the pool. 15 minutes and still no one came To deal with it. That could have been a serious safety issue.
