Pros (+) Good spa facilities And wonderful treatments and treatment staff. Lunch buffet was nice food Beautiful grounds
Cons (-) Not enough attention to detail, towel bins not emptied enough, hand dries in toilet not working, towels left on pool side not removed. Waiting staff at meal times were disorganised, forgot water and took orders from tables in wrong order, brought wrong food to wrong tables, plate v hot but food cold.
