Pros: Cool boutique hotel. Very friendly and accommodating, natural staff.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Shower room if you arrive too early for check-in. Free everything- wifi, breakfast, snacks, minibar, evening drinks. Even "shoebox" room was large enough (at least for one person). King room was great too.
Cons: Shower in "shoebox" was a bit tight - lots of water on the floor afterwards. Shower in King room was fantastic.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had originally rented an apartment in Sydney. However, due to construction at night, we had to relocate. We found a great rate at the Raddisson Blu and booked it. We enjoyed the last few nights of our vacation in a beautiful and comfortable room. The hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel was spotless. We would definitely stay there again!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location to city attractions.
Cons: Breakfast prices were way too high. I paid $158 U.S. dollars and the breakfast prices were $18 to $26 US dollars. Overall I enjoyed my stay as the room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Stayed at the Radisson for one night on our way inbound from Canada to Melbourne. Lovely hotel, in the heart of the CBD. Close to the Harbour and ferries, the Opera House, slight trek to Darling Harbour but very central. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Also, took advantage of the breakfast buffet before or flight the next morning which was quite good but pricey $25per. The porters were exceptional, always attentive and helpful with the baggage. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Cons: Only a couple of hiccups, we arrived in the morning and even though check in was at 3pm they said we could check in at 1130am. When we went to pick up our room keys they kept putting us off with “ready in 5 minutes” until noon. Just tell us noon, we would have gone for a walk. While we were waiting in the lounge for our room there was some construction going on in the restaurant, didn’t make for the best of atmospheres.
8.5 Excellent

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Location staff rooms amenities
Cons: Could use more business traveler support

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large, well appointed rooms and bathrooms. Excellent staff, very responsive to your needs. Beautiful facility that was a comfort to return to after spending the day seeing the sights around Sydney. This hotel is in a perfect location, close to the opera house and ferries yet far enough away to be in a tranquil setting, across the street from the park. If we ever return to Sydney we wouldn't consider staying any place else.
Cons: There was nothing not to like!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Very large rooms and bathrooms, a lot of counter space, every room amenity we prefer. Best customer service was they suggested we could use showers in their gym/sauna/pool area when we arrived at 8:00 am after a 15-hour flight. Made such a difference in our day! And they got our room ready by noon, too. And the location can't be beat.
Cons: This hotel has an "Old English" vibe so if you want a young, hip vibe it's not for you. But if you want to be able to walk to the Circular Quay, Opera House, Royal Boranical Garden, ferries, the Rocks neighborhood, and a train station, it's excellent.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: very neat and fairly large rooms. the park view is beautiful.
Cons: initially we were in a 'park view' room which did not face the park at all. you have to crane your neck out of the window to see the park. this should not be sold as park view. staff were happy to move us to a front facing room with beautiful view.

Pros: The location is great. The hotel is close to everything from shops, supermarket, office, parks, restaurants. The room is spacious and the bed was very comfy.
Cons: Two towels of 4 were badly washed. They still have some stain in them. Breakfast could use more variety for the price they are charging. Some staffs at the conscious were not friendly.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Starting the day with laps in the rooftop pool is lovely. In the evenings it is a bit less quiet/private, as the bar gets quite busy. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious with a large bath - a relaxing place to stay.
Cons: The music in the lifts is of tinny sound quality and a poor selection, which I hope they may be persuaded to address! It detracts from the otherwise pleasant ambience.

The iconic Clare Hotel, which was originally a pub and the Carlton United Breweries buildings, and through a sensitive restoration given birth to two buildings in one, a place where historic elements are preserved and contemporary pleasures abound. Here, lifestyle is as much in play as luxury. The 62 rooms offer an embracing mix of bespoke handcrafted items with an authentic, old-world feel, and serve as a base from which one can experience arguably the best rooftop bar and pool in the city, as well as three unique restaurants, which include the inspired work of Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton. The brewery may be gone, but its semi-industrial feel, combined with sleek new elements, are the reason The Old Clare Hotel is now a neighborhood-defining property.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Extra attention.
Cons: They need to replace the little ottoman in the room with a 2nd chair. The king size pillows are too long and too heavy.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Room very clean and comfortable
Cons: My second reception experience - arrived early and room not ready. Very helpful chap checked me in, checking photo ID and giving me spa key so I could freshen up after long flight. Promised a text when room ready and promised this would be within 2 hours. Returned from run to see if room ready having not received text in spite of two and a half hours having elapsed. Female receptionist insisting in seeing ID again which seemed utterly superfluous to requirements. When asked why I hadn't received a text she said that the "room has just this moment become ready". Amazing coincidence. ended up being late for an appointment because she was so reluctant to relinquish the key without me having to go and find my photo ID even though it was obvious I had already checked in and knew all the details.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room, comfortable bed, great fitness center. Location was exactly what I wanted and needed for a couple of days in Sydney...close to everything! Felt safe, and was treated wonderfully by all staff.
Cons: I REALLY have an issue with the use of so many plastic water bottles. It is nice to have them in the room for many, I know...and to have them to carry around, as well. the gym? C'mon. Use a filtered water system, or at least have one available so that when you run out of your own water, you can refill it without having to use yet another plastic water bottle. For the cost of the bottles and the disposal, reusable ones could probably be provided to every guest.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne to put room because we were celebrating our honeymoon. They even included a very nice personalive card, too!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, 10 minute walk to the opera house. You can see the harbour bridge from the hotel street. They have FREE money exchange (US dollar to AD dollar). Super convenient.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I've been coming to Sydney my whole life, and always wanted to stay somewhere with a harbour view. (Family lives way out of town.) This was the ultimate harbour experience, waking up to the sunrise over the Sydney Opera House is something I will never forget. Spent more time in a hotel room than in any other, just watching the view. Staff were friendly and very accommodating without being either sycophantic or condascending, top job all round.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Simply everything. The hotel is a stones throw away from Circular Quay, and is in walking distance to the iconic Sydney Opera House. There are lots of awesome shopping venues all around; with food galore and convenience stores to choose from. There are several tours that have starting points only steps away; including ferry tours and dinner tours. I highly recommend the harbour view rooms. The view is breathtakingly beautiful. You really can't go wrong with this hotel.
Cons: Absolutely nothing not to like.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast buffet
Cons: Construction around hotel is terrible. Gym and pool are old and needs to be updated. This hotel is the worst four seasons I’ve ever seen.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Ideal location for visiting Sydney sites and restaurants. Helpful staff.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, not too expensive for a 5 star, good restaurant and breakfast buffet.
Cons: The sheets were too heavy I found, I struggled to get comfortable.
9.1 Excellent
Cons: Very convince
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, service and ammenities were great. Staff was very welcoming
Cons: Facade could use an update but the inside is very nice

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I struggled with the best location to serve as home base in Sydney and the Swissôtel was perfect to hit all the top attractions while also being close to a train stop from the airport. Additionally, it was an easy walk to other neighborhoods like Surrey Hills and close to a Big Bus stop.
Cons: The only thing i can think that wasn’t stellar was the tv station selection in the room. That’s hardly a reason to select any hotel- just a way to wind down before bed. The pros far outweigh this one con :)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to The Rocks, Opera House, Botanical Gardens, Hyde Park, Railway Stations, Darling Harbour, Cafes, Supermarket. Excellent service from great staff!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: room, the staff, and the location were all great

Pros: Really enjoyed my stay here. Impressive staff. Really went out of their way to check me in early and effort was made for me with options. Lovely modern spacious apartment. Nice facilities, comfy bed, tasteful furniture and beautiful views with large fully opening window. Excellent location. Faultless stay.
Cons: Some apartments share a main entry before your private door, other apartment occupants can be slightly noisy entering and exiting this main door. But nothing too major.

Pros: Good location
Cons: Carpark very expensive
7.7 Good
Pros: Location was fantastic Everything was very clean and worked in both the rooms and the rest of the hotel
Cons: Wifi was somewhat spotty and slow. Would have liked the fitness center to include a larger variety of items instead of just a few treadmills and some light weights
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The men at the concierge went above and beyond to help us. I truly appreciate everything they did to make our stay pleasurable.
