Pros (+) Loved everything about this place from the super helpful and friendly staff to the pool and decor. Complimentary Breakfast was plentiful; hotel was close to the Tube.
Cons (-) Wish the pool hours were extended for older children, as my 10 year old was limited. The meal we had in the bar wasn't great but I found that to be the case in general with food in England.
