Room was decent size . Shower was nice - hot and good pressure.

sorry to say but bed was uncomfortable. Very hard. Pillows were poor and linen was old and frayed. Bathrobes were also frayed and worn

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. When we reported this to staff and asked if they had a mattress topper or if they could do anything to make it more comfortable for us. They put a thin quilt cover on the bed, I guess as extra padding, this made no difference at all. My husband and I both went home with a bad back.

As we had stayed at The Doubletree Hilton Tower of London before we knew the location was excellent. Two minutes from the Tube and five minutes from the bus stop. There are bars and restaurants nearby which we frequently used. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay there again and as we will be returning to London later this year we will try to book this hotel again.

No complaints at all. Only felt that the room sizes could be slightly bigger but they are not as small as some we have stayed in. Bathroom could also be bigger but again not uncomfortable.
