Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for access to Wembley and the motorway, and some found the staff friendly and helpful. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, noise, and maintenance problems. Parking was also a common source of frustration, with unclear fees and difficult payment processes. While a few guests noted good value and spacious rooms, the overall sentiment was mixed to negative due to the recurring problems with facilities and comfort.
