Pros (+) Location, food quality, stuff, comfortable bed.
Cons (-) Collection of fruit juices very limited, bed sheets fabrics made my allergy remote control of the room are very dirty and when I order new one they didn’t provide me that in second accommodation.

Pros (+) Stuff is friendly helpful, location is amazing, bed extremely comfortable.
Cons (-) House keeping doesn’t wipe the tables from bedsheets fabric after cleaning the room from unless you tell them to do that.

Pros (+) Love the view of Kensington Palace and the Park from Garden view rooms. Spacious and clean. Comfortable beds.Enough pillows. Friendly staff. Good breakfast! Plenty to choose for. A little bit pricey though.
