Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near Paddington and Hyde Park, making it convenient for exploring London. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, with reports of dirty rooms, stained sheets, and poor bathroom hygiene. Service was also criticized, with several guests describing unhelpful or rude staff and slow responses to problems. Noise levels were a concern for some, particularly in rooms facing the street or with thin walls. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and soundproofing.
