Pros (+) EVERY member of the staff is incredibly warm, congenial and helpful. The location is excellent. It is a beautiful property. This was our second visit. Very predictable, no surprises.
Cons (-) The recent redecorating erased much of the very English flavor. The addition of the Cigar Bar proves to be unpleasant as the smell reaches the drawing room near lobby and dining room.
