Pros (+) Very clean, nice-looking hotel. Great staff--very helpful and friendly. Nice, high-quality amenities. Generally had a luxurious feel despite rooms being small. Excellent location on quiet side-street, around the corner from Buckingham Palace.
Cons (-) Generally, no complaints! The rooms are pretty small, but this isn't an issue if you only have one or two people in your room and, if you're like me, don't waste time hanging in your room while on vacation.
