Pros (+) Recent 2 day stay for buisness. Service staff members were friendly, Not enough English speaking to support a detailed conversation for very long . But I was in Mexico and not the US. Checkin desk and management were short and buisness like. There is not a check in counter, you sit at the concierge desk to check in. Food at the resturant was good and tasty. Cons (-) Lack of people which could be viewed positively for some, need for more bilingual speakers to converese with the guests. One of three bartenders were making an attempt to converse with coustomers.
