I was pleasantly surprised with the amenities in the room - bath robe, slippers, fridge. Everything was sparkling clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Pros (+) Close to LA Live and The Pantry
Cons (-) Not able to check in until 3PM. 'No rooms available at 2:40PM' ... so not a single room ready 20 minutes prior to check in time. No one mentioned very very loud band playing just under my window until 11PM. Hotel old and not impressive. My upgraded room did not seem any better than a standard room. Bed on a platform that is bigger than the mattress so be prepared to kick you toe in the dark.
