Cons (-) They wouldn't let me check into the room I had already paid for because they had reached their maximum occupancy and were worried about issues with the fire Marshall. Yet they refused to return my money.

Cons (-) I booked the room and never saw anything about needing to check in by a certain time which if I had I would not have booked. Picked up my fiancé from the airport late at night and when we arrived, the hotel was locked up. No one would answer the doorbell and I called atleast 5 times and left messages.
