Pros (+) The pleasant surprise of the look of the room. Very spacious and cozy feel. A lot of wood furnishings, hot and cold water on demand. I've stayed athere fancier more expensive places where the hour water takes a very long time.
Cons (-) The matters was way too firm!

Cons (-) It was very suspicious there, police arresting someone out side our door in the other parking lot. Got a weird vibe, we did not safe there. Staff was not very friendly. We got a refund on 2 out of 3 nights because kids feel asleep on bed while we called for another hotel. Graffiti on the front and bathroom doors. Cheaper doesn't mean better. Never go there.

Pros (+) Nearness to Santa Monica. We drove up from San Diego and stayed in North Hills so we could be in Santa Monica early the next morning. It worked out pretty well. There is a Starbucks a quarter mile north on Sepulveda and just off the 405. Ample parking. Good shower with soap and shampoo.

Pros (+) The room looked well kept and clean. I loved the laminate flooring, easy to keep clean and doesn't hold smells like carpet. It looks a little sketchy on the outside but inside feels clean, safe and cozy. My party spent the day at Six Flags and this was about a 25 minute drive. Then we headed to Santa Monica. Cons (-) Only turn off was it was across the street from a strip club but not that big a deal to my party, might be for some though. I did not notice any sketchy or scandalous characters rooming around or anything so that's good. Also The parking lot was full and dirty but also not that big a deal to me as long as the room is clean and it was.

Pros (+) The only saving grace was the fact that it was a 10 minute drive from universal studios.
Cons (-) The beds were covered in hair, as well as the pillows. There were carvings in the headboard. The a/c unit was not working. There was a part of the floor that was sunken in near the restroom-this was a second floor room. The main room mirror had scribbles with sharpie on it. It appeared that the bathroom mirror had spray paint on it. There were blood spots on the bathroom floor, and a large one in ...
