Cons (-) Even knowing my sister was going to be on the same room later on the same day, staff removed my belongings from the room and evidently they lost my beloved cap. When coming back from work I found out my luggage and things were on a room behind the lobby. I was on a hurry to catch my flight and didn't even bother to mention it to the attendant. Now I'm telling you
