Night manager was needlessly rude and unhelpful when their was an issue with the laundry. Good help is hard to find.

Pros (+) I’m a cyclist visiting Colorado. Despite not being near any major city centers: I did not feel isolated. There are marked bike trails everywhere and if I didn’t feel like biking to Boulder or Denver, I could take the FF1 bus which is only a half mile away. Facilities were clean, breakfast was decent. Contactless pancake machine, cereal, boiled eggs, coffee. Friendly staff. I did not try the pool b...
Cons (-) I was missing some hand soap in my bathroom but no big deal, just got some more from the front desk. WiFi was pretty average for a hotel; always looking for the Ethernet option.

Pros (+) Service was wonderful, people were great. Rooms clean and breakfast area clean and way above average for a budget hotel!
Pros (+) The location and the value of this hotel were good. It was very quiet. Everyone could find what they wanted to eat at the morning breakfasts. Also, the staff promptly attended to an issue we had with another guest (they were smoking [weed] in this non-smoking hotel).
Cons (-) For me personally, the beds were too soft. After a week, my back gave out. Luckily, there was a massage and acupuncture place across the street.
