Pros (+) The staff allowed us a late checkout when work meant we were delayed, and then were even delayed for that checkout time. Restaurant manager in La Cecina served us Pizza even though the kitchen was closed!

Cons (-) Room was over-heated and there was no in-room ability to adjust. Staff assembling and chatting in court-yard from very very early made opening window impossible. Hallway noise (conversations and doors of other rooms) extremely loud. A terrible nights sleep.
