Pros (+) This was a beautiful hotel.
Cons (-) We had a three person room and the twin bed was an AIR MATTRESS! It was deflated when we got in the room and had to call the desk to get someone to fill it back up. Over the course of the night it deflated to the point it was like sleeping on a hammock.. the desk should have given a major discount for this clearly (or so I would hope) over booking of triple rooms.
