Pros: The location
Cons: The hotel decided that having a salsa dance party with live music for 200+ people from 7.30pm till 2am was not a conflict with a spa package which specified no mobiles. I went downstairs to complain the place was in uproar . To shut us up we were moved to level 8 a fabulous room but still no way to sleep. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: Evason Ma'in is an amazing place. We stayed there twice, once with a group of friends and once as a couple. Try the local wine and cheeses, and do ask the staff to plan a meal for you, they are very able. This is a place to go to relax, to pamper yourself and to experience the dead sea region with more personality, peace and individuality than the seashore resorts can offer. You won't be bored either, there are a host of activities to choose from and ideas of what to see. The hotel also arranges free excursions to the dead sea and some other locations. Countless options and a can-do attitude allow you to tailor your stay to be all you want. Recommended with all our hearts!
Cons: The restaurant options could have been explained more clearly in the information booklet in the room. However, the staff was very helpful when we asked for clarification.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent services. Beautiful place. Friendly stuff.
Cons:
6.7 Good
Pros: Very nice location and inside architectural design. Hot springs. Nice bar and good restaurant. Nice staff although with sometimes understanding issues or not very long professional experience (just some details, but for the ones an hotel with long tradition and experienced staff makes the difference).
Cons: Spa was closed but it was possible to have treatments in dedicated suites. One restaurant (Arabic senses) and one bar were under renovation whereas th Hotel seems recent. Internet was out of order during all the stay (3 days). Change rates were abnormally high; in comparison any bank or change Office seems to be a saint.

Cons: Rooms were ok, windows not so sterile
7.9 Good
Pros: Room was ok. There is the possibility to warm it up. Bed was okey. Shower was warm. We had a good and simple dinner there. Here you can drink beer and arak, and have a nargile. It's near to the main attraction of madaba.
Cons: It rained insieme the bathroom and unfortnately windows dont close perfectly.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The highlight of this place is Abu Sameer, the friendly, caring owner. He is so sweet and interested in his guests. He actually sent his son all the way to Wadi Rum to pick us up instead of just sending a taxi, and Abu Sameer himself drove us to Mt Nebo, Bethany, and the airport to make sure we would have a good time and see the things we wanted to see. All these trips were at very fair prices, I might add, and did away with the nuisance of having to haggle with taxi drivers. The hotel itself is in the perfect spot, literally a few doors away from the famous Mosaic Map in St George's church, as well as a few minutes' walk from the other historic sites in town. The room was cosy and a good size, and breakfast was very nice.
Cons: Our bathroom tap dripped/leaked quite loudly all night, even when we put a towel in the sink to try to muffle it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good food from their restaurant. Did not have the breakfast as we were leaving very early so cannot comment on that. Place could do with new furniture but it was clean and thatis important. Would recomend. Owner speaks very good English so you have no problem with talking about the contry, people, etc...
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location, no more than 5-10 min from all mosaic sites. Proprietors were pretty forthcoming with advice on travel which is nice. Can organise tours or transport to anywhere in Jordan for reasonable prices.
Cons: Appallingly cold in the room, no heater. The powerpoints didn't seem to work easily in the room, so had to go out to charge stuff.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds, Working AC in the room and common room, Nice breakfast, Helpful and kind owner.
Cons: Toilet is cold
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It is in the heart of Madaba. The owner is really nice and he helps however he can. The room is big with heating and air conditioner. Nice Connor arra where you can eat or drink. Hot water all day and night long.
Cons: The toilet was old, but anyway it was working properly. Just ask if you need something (they forgot the toilet paper)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome price/quality rate. Comfort ambience. Nice food and drinks menu. Friendly personal. Extremely educated guide, who is the owner of this hotel. The hotel is located in a few steps to all the important sites of Madaba. Специально для русских - владелец отеля сертифицированный русскоговорящий гид, отлично знающий историю и культуру Иордании. Отель отличный, чисто, бюджетно, хорошая еда, есть алкоголь.
Cons: None

Pros: Great place to stay in Madaba, just in the city center, nice view from the skybar, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. On our arrival, at check-in, we received a great history lesson about Madaba and its attractions plus lots of useful tips and info. Any issue we had with our 6 rooms was quickly resolved. Omar, the manager and front man of the hotel made our stay here very pleasant. Thank you very much my Jordan brother.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very good location next to the mosque. Nice view on the city from skybar on the top but prices are a bit high for what they have. Breakfast is also very good and private parking place is a big plus. Personal tries to do their best.
Cons: A bit outdated hotel. I need something from the car in the morning and there was nobody at the reception for more than half an hour and hotel was locked - impossible to go out or in between 7:30-8am. Only one big towel and one small for two persons in room. Only two hairdryers fo the whole hotel (you need to go ask for it at the reception and if you are lucky you get one).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Thanks to Omar we had great explanation about thing to visit ant other kind of tips. The restaurant has a really good meals. We thank Omar and the manager of the hotel for their help.
Cons: We were a bit disappointed by the breakfast at first ( bad coffee and limited amount of choice) but then we asked for omelette and Turkish cafe which were free and delicious.
7.0 Good
Pros: I enjoyed the location not far within the city. The hotel is really nice and the parking is just near the hotel although in a dark place but safe place for sure. The rooftop at the top is not amazing as it is but I am sure during the summer, it is definitely much nicer. Apart from that, the staff was nice and really helpful. We had an issue with the heating in the bathroom which was quickly resolved. The bed was big and comfy. The room was really big and had a nice smell. In regards of the breakfast, as we had to wake up early we grabbed a morning bag breakfast which was quite nice. Really recommend a stay in this hotel.
Cons: The bathroom is quite small.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A nice hotel, located in the heart of Madaba. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff were kind and helpful.

Pros: Very old hotel. The rooms are clean.
Cons: No hot water in the evening. Bad smell of food spreads all around. In general would not stay there again, but, there are not much better hotels in Madaba, anyway.. In general I would not stay here, rather in Dead Sea area.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: I had the impression that some of the staff is not well paid. The better jobs had the Jordanians in the hotel and the lower jobs (cleaning, waitressing) were done by foreigners from poorer countries.
7.0 Good
Pros: In general it was comfortable and fine. 10 minute walk from the old downtown, so very quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was ok, but in a nice top floor with big windows and nice view. They changed money and were happy to help arrange a taxi for onward travel. Two liquor stores right across the street.
Cons: It's a nice little hotel, but during the winter (January) it is FREEZING. They don't have central heating or maintain the temperature. The rooms rely on a wall mounted air conditioning unit on the heater setting. Takes forever to warm up, the lobby isn't heated, etc.

Pros: Basic but clean place. Fine for a night or two - and much easier to get to from Queen Alia airport than any of the Amman hotels.
Cons: Fairly basic breakfast offering...

Pros: Good alternative to staying in Amman. We stayed here twice. Once as an overnight on a transfer flight to Cairo and the second time for two nites as a central location to various points of interest in norther Jordan. Centrally located to restaurants and shopping in Madaba. We had a rental car the second time and arrived at night. Took a while to find even with a GPS due to one way traffic.
