Excellent services. Beautiful place. Friendly stuff.
Ок! That's good!
It is a unique location. It is an eco-orieted project. Nicely designed and furnished. Friendly and cosy. Springs and spa are good. A lot of touristic itineraries (Dead Sea, Holy Land, PETRA!). Food could be more varied and gourmet (compare to oriental Six Senses resourts!). Pools could be cleaner, steps need reparing, steam bath cabin needs renovation.
Location is fabulous. This is magic place to chill out for 3-5 days. Hotel fascilities are nice. Staff friendly and arrangements made proffessional and with care to the customer. I would consider hotel being a bit overpriced.
Six Senses Spa Service level
The location The hotel decided that having a salsa dance party with live music for 200+ people from 7.30pm till 2am was not a conflict with a spa package which specified no mobiles. I went downstairs to complain the place was in uproar . To shut us up we were moved to level 8 a fabulous room but still no way to sleep. The facilities are not up to standard esp with what they charge
Evason Ma'in is an amazing place. We stayed there twice, once with a group of friends and once as a couple. Try the local wine and cheeses, and do ask the staff to plan a meal for you, they are very able. This is a place to go to relax, to pamper yourself and to experience the dead sea region with more personality, peace and individuality than the seashore resorts can offer. You won't be bored either, there are a host of activities to choose from and ideas of what to see. The hotel also arranges free excursions to the dead sea and some other locations. Countless options and a can-do attitude allow you to tailor your stay to be all you want. Recommended with all our hearts! The restaurant options could have been explained more clearly in the information booklet in the room. However, the staff was very helpful when we asked for clarification.
Great service, accomodation, relaxing atmosphere. The whole experience was amazing.
Very nice location and inside architectural design. Hot springs. Nice bar and good restaurant. Nice staff although with sometimes understanding issues or not very long professional experience (just some details, but for the ones an hotel with long tradition and experienced staff makes the difference). Spa was closed but it was possible to have treatments in dedicated suites. One restaurant (Arabic senses) and one bar were under renovation whereas th Hotel seems recent. Internet was out of order during all the stay (3 days). Change rates were abnormally high; in comparison any bank or change Office seems to be a saint.
This very new hotel is very well located at a walking distance from the church with the Palestine mosaic. It is very clean, well equipped (including wifi) and the staff very helpful and the breakfast very good.
The staff was were friendly, the rooms were nice and clean, the hotel is easy to find
Welcoming nature of owners, maps provided with key attractions, restaurants recommended, large room, good size bathroom, free parking. Location of dining room, whic is not often used for dinner, but on request only, in this instance meant that a noisy party kept us awake a bit longer as the bedroom door is somewhat shorter at the bottom than the door frame.
The room was very nice and the staff were great no complaints....
The mosaıc hotel was excellent especıally for the prıce. The owners speak Englısh and were very helpful. The room was great and clean and the breakfast ample and very good. ıf we go back to jordan we wıll certaınly stay here agaın.
This is not a fancy hotel and a little worn but the staff are very friendly and seemed very safe. You can't expect too much for the price they charge. The hotel was clean the breakfast was decent and they had free internet. If you are looking for a luxury hotel then this is not the place but if you want a decent room with friendly staff and a good price then this is a good opportunity. The one thing I did have trouble with was locating it. Their directions are acurate if you come into town one direction but it didn't seem to be the way I came in to town from the airport but it was at night so I could have messed up. Basically the hotel is very close to the St George church, probably less than a KM away, I believe towards Amman.
Near to tourist sites and souvenir shops. Location was great. Breakfast was so so.
Excellent staff, very good rooms! This is the best hotel in Madaba.
Great place to stay if you're visiting Madaba, walking distance to all attractions in town - 5 minutes to St. George Church. The room is clean, nicely equiped with plenty of helpful staff around to assist when needed. Rooms facing the main street could be quite noisy, but the room I stayed in has double glass window so it has never been a problem.
Breakfast was poor
Bathrooms and rooms were not clean enough. Curtains in one room did not open. Hair pins were found in the room from the previous guest.
The rooms were comfortable and the amenities were as listed in the information for the hotel. The locations to markets and currency exchange locations were great, and easy to locate. Friendly helpful staff which made me feel comfortable during my stay. The local attractions were a bit difficult to locate and information concerning them were not readily available. Guest should be prepared to walk to local tourist information location (within 10 minutes) for best information.
Good alternative to staying in Amman. We stayed here twice. Once as an overnight on a transfer flight to Cairo and the second time for two nites as a central location to various points of interest in norther Jordan. Centrally located to restaurants and shopping in Madaba. We had a rental car the second time and arrived at night. Took a while to find even with a GPS due to one way traffic. No hot water one morning as the tour bus group was up before us & used it all
Too short stay to give fair comment Arrived at 2145. No restaurant, bar, room service or anything to eat (as advertised on internet).
Awesome price/quality rate. Comfort ambience. Nice food and drinks menu. Friendly personal. Extremely educated guide, who is the owner of this hotel. The hotel is located in a few steps to all the important sites of Madaba. Специально для русских - владелец отеля сертифицированный русскоговорящий гид, отлично знающий историю и культуру Иордании. Отель отличный, чисто, бюджетно, хорошая еда, есть алкоголь. None
Staff was very friendly and always approachable. Great location to see the Mosaic Greek Orthodox Church, Mt. Nebo and Bethany on the Jordan.
staff was nice and friendly, hotel not far from the centre the walls are so thin i could hear people walking and watching tvs in their rooms
The staff is helpful in every way and we would love to visit again given the chance. It was all good.
Very friendly people, very good price
veru nice room with a small terrace, staff very kind and helpful the doors are very noisy, it has been a little bit difficult to sleep in the early hours or the evening (unitl midnight), bacause there was a very stupid tourist who slammed his/her room door violently
friendly, good service; pick up at Amman airport can be arranged at very reasonable rates (14 JOD in June 2008) The staff in the morning did not speak English and could not operate the credit card machine, therefore payment by cash was necessary and I could not get a proper receipt; the room doors could be insulated better against noise coming from the hallways (guests leaving early in the morning)
Cleanliness of room TV is not connected.
I can't say any things because I don't have any problems.
Clean, good showers, good air-con - important!, very helpful staff, good breakfast, easy walking to centre of town. For the price, very competitive. No.
