Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location and accessibility to major attractions and transport, which they found very convenient. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, citing issues such as dirt, bad odors, and old or broken furniture. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others reported problems with staff behavior and extra charges. Room sizes were also a concern for several guests, who found them smaller than expected or misleadingly advertised. Overall, while the location is a major positive, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and room quality.
