Valentina, the girl at the reception desk was very nice and tried to give good service
I stayed two nights at Hotel Posta RTA in February 2019, The experience was not good although the hotel is in a prime location. The maintenance was not good, it was necessary to paint and care of the walls in the rooms, the sofa in the living room was broken and we could not sit on it, after I called the maintenance man, he came to my room and said he had fixed the couch but actually left it broken. During the two days I stayed at the hotel there was no hot water, the first evening I had to shower in lukewarm water at 24:00 After waiting for 4 hours to warm the water, and on the second night I simply gave up the shower even though I needed it after a long freezing skiing day. When I went to reception and complained that there was no hot water in the room Valentina (the girl at the reception) spoke to a grim-faced maintenance man named Dmitri who had no motivation to do his job, and every turn to him irritated him. Only after I complained he light the boiler, she said there would be hot water in 40 minutes and in fact warm water only after ,4 hours. In summary, Hotel Posta RTA is by far the worst hotel I've ever been in. In addition, the breakfast was poor, the croissants were dry and the fruit was not fresh. While I was staying at the hotel, groups of children were running around in the corridors, making noise and clicking all the floors in the elevator without the hotel management preventing them from going wild.
Location was top and staff very nice and available
The conditions of the rooms are absolutely appalling. They are old, shabby, really not suitable for a nice stay. All the walls are with cracks staines etc bathroom is very poor conditions, all wardrobes and cabinets old and ruined.
Large rooms, great location
Peeling paint, mold in bathrooms, exorbitant prices.
