Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it ideal for exploring Madrid and accessing public transport. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. Comfortable beds and a satisfactory breakfast were also noted as positives. However, some guests mentioned issues such as small room sizes, lack of air conditioning or fridge, noise from the surroundings, and occasional maintenance concerns. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, with most guests recommending the hotel for its value and convenience.
