Pros (+) kayak refunded me when I told them I was too frightened to stay here. 3 police reports filed on this hotel just within previous week.
Cons (-) Dangerous. Group of thugs in parking lot. Homeless people trying to check in rather than use shelter. Read the articles online about the occurrences in this hotel. Asked Kayak to remove this listing from this site. We had to pay to stay elsewhere that night to feel safe. Worst hotel experience of my life. Did not touch anything in the room. Checkin person told us drug addict broke lobby toilet.
