The car for a flat tire while I was driving and dollar refused to reimburse me. I had to pay for a tow truck and tire replacement (and spend time) dealing with this because the car had a bad tire. Horrible customer service.

Drop off was easy, pick up was fine but all of the chargers were unclearThe car smelled of smoke when we picked it up. It had sticker residue on all of the windows. It didn’t seem like it was thoroughly cleaned - lots of dust/dirt throughout the interior. Didn’t make us feel like it was properly cleaned especially during a pandemic. Very disappointing.

Car smelled like cigarettes, called Priceline to review options of returning the vehicle as the booking was made through them. Priceline customer service is horrible as they take 10 business days to respond to any requests, by the time my rental would be due back. Never using Priceline again

The attendant was clear, quick, and gracious. Answered all my questions with the most pleasant attitude. Shame I didn't memorize her name.

Pick up was easy and agent was friendly and helpfulDrop off was awful. Very complicated just for drop-off. The car was having problems with acceleration and an alarm that kept going off randomly and there was no one to tell when I got to Boston (who closes at 3:30 pm on a weekday!!)

No need for a $#&* transponderThe car was clean and drove well, had lots of bells and whistles. The drop-off was quick and easy once we found the right parking lot (not very well signed).Only one waiting at the counter for two rental agencies, long check-in wait. The kind of car I had reserved was not available. I like to drive a small economic vehicle, and all they had were SUVs. The woman at the counter tried to rent me a transponder, told me the toll booths didn't accept currency (wrong!). She also charged me 50 bucks more than I had reserved. Reason: prepay for a full tank of gas. No, no, no! Didn't prepay, of course, If you don't bring back a fuil tank, they charge over nine bucks per gallon for the refill.

Car was in good condition & roomyThey didn’t have the size car we’d booked and the representative seemed annoyed with us that we asked about our options and whether we’d get a discounted rate if we took a smaller vehicle. We ended up choosing a larger car than we wanted at our same rate so it was fine. Just a bit frustrating when they didn’t have what we reserved & the customer service was a bit lacking.
