Guests appreciated the hotel's central location and some positive aspects like the pool area and friendly staff. However, the majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. Service was frequently described as poor or unfriendly, and many guests were disappointed by the breakfast, which was often minimal or missing. Bed comfort was also a recurring issue, with several guests reporting old or uncomfortable mattresses.
