Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is central and close to the beach and city attractions. However, many reviewers express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, citing issues like dust, dirty towels, and lack of proper housekeeping. Service is also a common concern, with several guests mentioning unfriendly or unhelpful staff and infrequent room cleaning. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding it satisfactory and others considering it basic or poorly organized. Overall, while the location stands out as a major positive, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
