Once settled in our seats, another 25 minutes went by when the plane did not move. No information's given. I asked a member of the cabin crew what was going on who said she didn't know anything. I then heard her ask (presumably the captain) on the intercom if he could make an announcement as 'passengers were enquiring' We were then informed that we would have a further delay of up to an hour. We eventually took off at 16.00, over two hours after scheduled time. Thank goodness, I had left plenty of time for my connecting train. I was equally unimpressed for different reasons with Jet2.com on the outward flight on 12 July. I will not be flying with them again."

The information they conveyed was clear and comprehensive and obviously, safety instructions are crucial, but the format and tone of delivery were so patronising I thought they were a parody. They also assumed everybody was coming back to the UK after their holiday - the flight had a good proportion of French passengers and some of us don't live in the UK. Make the announcements more neutral. I fly with a lot of no-frills lines, especially Ryanair and EasyJet as well as the larger carriers such as Air France, BA, SAS and Air Canada, but I have never come across such grating and irritating announcements. I will think twice before booking another flight with them rather than endure this again."

The ticket allowed me Fastrack access through the crowded Luton Airport security with minimal delay. For boarding, the gate was well segregated and I was given priority service the moment I arrived. The flight was delayed due to fog and we were kept well informed even after we had boarded. After a further delay due to fog, the cockpit was opened and passengers allowed to show their children the cockpit. The crew were always very polite and welcoming and kept everyone in good spirits. During the flight we were kept informed of progress. The front seats were also a bonus."

Cons: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"
Cons: "The easyjet app is really not good. I only received updates through Kayk app on my phone about delays that were constantly increasing and decreasing in time. At one point, there was a delay for 1.5 hrs, but suddenly, the delay changed to just 30 minutes. If I hadn't of had my other app, I would have never known. Secondly, the easyjet app didn't save the fact that I had checked in. This caused an issue when I wanted to access my boarding pass getting onto the plane. I tried to see it, but the app said my plane had taken off and so I couldn't access it and therefore, wasn't sure of my seat number. Next time, I'd just appreciate a paper boarding pass because the issues that occur on the phone are too numerous."

We were then directed to another service department for a 55 pound charge each! Which was the same as our original flight. I did not receive any notification email to check in ahead of time. This was a very stressful time for my traveling partner and I and do not feel obliged to be paying the consequences given the circumstances. I am hoping kayak will honor us as loyal customers and reimburse us for these unforseeabke fees. This would be greatly appreciated. I can provide receipt and documentation if needed. Thanks"

We followed directions to try to print on our own by paying for expensive internet service at the airport but still were unable to view & print boarding passes. After talking to several rather unhelpful reps, someone at the Sky Desk made an exception to allow us "free" boarding passes. This was just after 2 people were charge full price (50L each for passes & full price to check luggage, after they didn't get promised email to check bags online) Cheap fares doesn't make up for frustration"

I bought an exit row seat because I'm big guy. The seat belt didn't fit so I asked for an extension and the flight attendant got very snippy with me and said she would not give me an extension because of "safety reasons". (This has never been the case on any other airline I have flown.) She then very rudely said because of your rather large size we are going to have to move you to another seat where we can give you an extension. Like I said I know I'm a big guy but you don't have to so loud and rude about it. At least say it with a smile and some kindness... Wow. It was just uncomfortable and not a good feeling. Later when I got to sitting in my new seat, they came through with the convince cart (no free snacks or drinks, you pay for everything.) She nor the other attendent with her asked if we wanted and thing, if we were doing alright, nothing. Thank God it was only a 1.5 hour flight. So glad that experience is over."

You could not pay me to deal with these people again. And uncomfortable seats to boot. After the extra charges at the airport (had to pay 15e just to print my boarding pass) and nasty attitudes, I say Aer Lingus is a superior choice. Ryanair truly has earned their reputation as World's Worst Airline."

When I told them about the situation they asked me to book another train like its so much easy to get a train ticket whenever we need it. They refused to give any accommodations other than cancelling my ticket. I had to change all my plans and buy another ticket at the last moment for a lot more money. Tried emailing them but the emails bounced back because their mailbox was full. They must be getting a ton of complaints to fill their inbox. Will not be flying this airline again."

Pros: "The flight from Istanbul to Prague was fairly basic but everything worked well and was comfortable. The flight was on time. The bags were delivered quickly. There were no problems on the flight as it was relatively quiet. Overall, no complaints."

Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box.
