Bed was uncomfortable ( pillows and mattress). Ac was controlled and we were not offered a duvet blanket just the duvet case was provided empty as a sheet. With Ac we were feeling cold and without we were feeling hot. Worst 2 nights spent and I had high hopes to relax. Made use of indoor pool which was freezing cold not heated.
