Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, and several found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The location was considered convenient by some, especially for access to Graceland and the airport, though a few mentioned safety concerns. However, there were repeated complaints about noise levels, issues with air conditioning, and occasional power outages. Breakfast and parking received mixed feedback, with some guests finding them adequate and others noting areas for improvement. Overall, the positive service and cleanliness stood out, but operational and facility issues impacted some stays.AI-generated from customer reviews
