Tom, Nov 2022 - Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel
Great location close to Eiffel Tower, about 5 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood. Room a bit small.

They urgently need to change the matress. The luggage does not fit in the closets and they have to deliver complimentary coffee automatically, not upon request.

Pros (+) We didn't make it due to COVID-19 and this was the only hotel that did not give us a refund.
Cons (-) We didn't make it due to COVID-19 and this was the only hotel that did not give us a refund.

Anonymous, Sept 2019 - Mercure Paris Bastille Marais
Pros (+) The room was pretty, new, and clean. So far the newest facility I’ve stayed in. There were plenty of French chanels on the tv. Staff were all very friendly. I really liked the motif which mixed bright colors with illustrations. This hotel also had a lot of energy saving measures which I appreciated.
Cons (-) This hotel apparently had WiFi. It would be nice if staff tell you how you can access the WiFi. Though there was air conditioning with a nob, even the apparent highest setting was not very high. Fine, energy saving. However, there was only one blanket at it was extremely heavy and efficient at trapping my body heat. I cannot sleep without cover so I was very uncomfortable the two nights I stayed. ...

Maynard, Mar 2019 - Mercure Paris Gare De Lyon TGV
Pros (+) Location is fantastic, just next door to a major train station.
Cons (-) - WiFi is COMPLETELY unacceptable in 2019. They use some idiotic homegrown system to "control" who gets access, and consequence of this is that you are CONSTANTLY being knocked off the network and have to reconnect. Do you like the idea of having to reconnect to WiFi EVERY time you open your iPad? Well, that's what this hotel (and, as far as I can tell, every Accor property on Earth) has in store ...

Pros (+) The location of the hotel only.
Cons (-) No Organization Between the Staff (they insisted that I am not paying and asked me to pay again while I was doing online check-in with payment). No business center or desk-top computer to be used. No bar for drinks.

Pros (+) Very good location, reasonable choice at the buffet breakfast, small lounge area with computer for internet access. Helpful and pleasant staff.
Cons (-) Small bedroom and shower. Lift holds four but only comfortable with two.

Anonymous, Mar 2018 - Mercure Paris Bercy Bibliotheque
Cons (-) Tried to cancel booking due to the adverse weather closing down the whole of Ireland. Although I know that later cancellations would be hard to cancel for maybe the first night or two even informing before we were to travel but I thought they might have helped with the other 3 nights but they refused

Nate, Dec 2017 - Mercure Paris Montparnasse Raspail
Pros (+) We stayed at the Hotel Mercure for our anniversary and were delighted with the accomodations. The hotel was beautiful and the room was clean, comfortable, modern and well appointed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always going the extra mile to provide outstanding service. The Hotel Mercure has larger rooms than we have seen in Paris and even has several dedicated accessible rooms for di...
Cons (-) We were there for a week and we wished we could have stayed longer.
