Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast included. Rooms were a little hot as the thermostat was not responding to our adjustments but other than that it was a great stay. Rooms were surprisingly larger than most European hotel rooms.

The air conditioner in the room was difficult to predict, so the room temperature could be too warm or too cold. The staff was delightful. The classic Parisian feel of the hotel was very evident. Loved the beaux arts decor.

Pros (+) Warm and welcoming staff for 10 straight days. Great food for complimentary breakfast as well as from the restaurant for sit down lunches, dinners, and room service. Beautiful hotel with well appointed, luxurious rooms. Great extra touches like chocolates left by housekeeping or bowl of fruit for no special reason. The location can not be overstated, it is ideal.

Cons (-) Honestly, I’m searching my mind for something they could improve upon but the whole presentation is pretty air tight. Even the communication prior to arriving was remarkably prompt and courteous. 10/10.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel itself was beautiful. We were able to walk to nearby sites (Arc de Triumphe 15 min, Eiffel Tower 25 min). It was a wonderful experience and will return on our next visit.

Cons (-) I can't say anything negative about this hotel.
