The room was clean and the staff was courteous and attentive. That is the good news. The heater did not operate properly. The WiFi was slow as glue. There were multiple touches that gave the impression of a poverty mindset, e.g. the tiny shampoo bottle was only 1/3 full, the hot water in the shower was tepid and then ran out. Pros (+) The suite that we stayed in for two nights, the jacuzzi being tucked away and it's on little area was wonderful. The staff was beyond helpful especially Jose who works the front desk. The continental breakfast was yummy, loved that you could eat as early as 630 and as late as 930am. Cons (-) Jacuzzi wasn't cleaned well and personally had to wipe it down myself before getting in it. Also, the room location of the suite.
