The place is located really close to the heart of Mexico City (Zocalo and Centro Historico): close to subway, good price, clean rooms. They don't have air conditioning in the rooms but the weather is not bad in Mexico City. Bring your earplugs if you don't want to hear the sounds of love that may be coming from the adjoining rooms. 7/10
