Nice, refreshing, clean, quiet pool. Best 'inclusive' breakfast I have ever had. Happy hour every day was great. Beach access was excellent. Room was like new. Half the price of hotels next door!

Customer Service
The service provided by the staff was great, they were very nice, helpful, friendly and polite. the location of the hotel was also very good.
out of the 4 days that I was at the hotel w/my daughter we only asked once for the room to be cleaned and the both bed sheets were not changed and no toiletries were added. if the hotel management can work w/ the proper staff to get this matter resolved then i would not found anything to complaint about.

Great Price for the Location
Had amentities such as a nice pool, beach umbrellas and chairs were free to rent, and if you forgot something, they're quick to accommodate you.

I was at a conference and didn't check out on time. The concierge Claudio from the beginning spoke to me almost yelling in an absolutely disrespectful tone "como se me ocurria salir a esta hora 3pm"This essentially translates to "What are you thinking checking out at this time?"When I told him I did not know that checkout was at 11am he simply freaked out and answered"This information was in the paper you signed when you checked in Don't you know how to read? Because I always read what I sign I don't know if you do but I do read what I sign!"I was simply baffled with his behavior. Then he printed out my receipt .I then reviewed my credit card number. I don't know what went through this Claudio guy's mind but he freaked out and started to yell at me again "but what are you doing? The charge is already done! You are going to give me your Credit Card again and I don't need it cause the charge is already done!"I asked him what his problem was?At that point I just wanted to get out of that crazy hotel as fast as possible and as soon as I turned my head I heard this Claudio guy saying to the woman that was by his side and witnessed everything "This #@$ is crazy!"This behavior is inexcusable! Customers like me pay the salary of bullies like this Claudio guy.People like this shouldn't be working in the service or hospitality industry.Sadly I must leave a terrible review,Prior to this checkout debacle I received exceptional respectful and kind attention from all the other staff.
