Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its convenience for downtown Miami, cruises, and great views. Cleanliness and room size were also appreciated by several guests. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, particularly regarding communication, billing issues, and unhelpful staff. Value for price was another common concern, with complaints about high fees, expensive breakfast, and unexpected charges. Overall, while the location and room quality stood out positively, improvements in service and pricing transparency are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
