Pros (+) Reasonable, updated, clean, comfortable bed, timeliness of check-in/check-out, no free breakfast but free coffee. We would stay here again.
Pros (+) The beds were comfortable and the room was really large. Manager Mike was nice, but didn't address an unpleasant 2 night stay.
Cons (-) Air-conditioning stopped working at 3am. Tried to call front desk, but the phone didn't work, so I got dressed, went to the lobby, waited 20 minutes for an employee to arrive because she was, "PER POLICY" handing out bills on the floors.
