Pros (+) The beds were comfortable and the room was really large. Manager Mike was nice, but didn't address an unpleasant 2 night stay.
Cons (-) Air-conditioning stopped working at 3am. Tried to call front desk, but the phone didn't work, so I got dressed, went to the lobby, waited 20 minutes for an employee to arrive because she was, "PER POLICY" handing out bills on the floors. Pool was so cloudy that the 3rd step was hard to view. Room service screwed up our order. Requested 2 additional blankets to be delivered to the room and they onl...

Pros (+) Staff super friendly and helpful
Cons (-) Elevators were dirty . Maybe due to dual use of staff and guests but easy to fix if someone vacuumed more regularly. Also some of the lobby furniture was stained. Otherwise neat and clean
