Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport. Cleanliness was highlighted as a strong point, with many guests describing rooms and facilities as very clean and modern. The staff received positive comments for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, several guests were disappointed with the small room sizes and some found the bathrooms inconvenient, especially when located outside the room or being too small. A few negative experiences were mentioned regarding noise, lack of amenities, and in one case, bedbugs, but overall, the positives of location, cleanliness, and service stood out.AI-generated from customer reviews
