Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's friendly and helpful service, with many highlighting the welcoming staff at reception and during breakfast. The breakfast itself received positive remarks for quality and variety, though a few noted it was basic unless paid extras were ordered. The bar was frequently described as stylish and enjoyable, with special cocktails and a lively atmosphere. Many guests appreciated the spacious rooms and the unique, modern design of the hotel. The location was also considered convenient for exploring Milan, especially for those interested in the Navigli area. Some negative feedback included noise from the bar, issues with cleanliness in older areas, and occasional difficulties with amenities or navigation within the hotel, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews
