Cons (-) I made an honest mistake and booked the hotel for a Check in Friday and check out Saturday. I meant to check in Saturday with a check out Sunday. I wasn't able to stay at Crown Plaza and they weren't able to switch my room date or give me a credit. I had 3 kids under 4 years old with me also. I WAS CHARGED FOR A ROOM I DIDNT EVEN GET TO STAY IN
