Staff was accomodating. I wanted a different bed arrangement and they were able to make that happen for me without any problems.
One of the rooms did not offer hot water. I didn't realize that was not available everywhere.
The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They made all necessary taxi and bus reservations for me, which helped me a lot on my first day in Peru. The rooms were nice and neat, water was hot.
Helpfull staff at the reception
The location is really good, close to the center of Miraflores, a beautiful part of Lima.
My hand bag was stolen by hotel staff when I was busy filling in the papers. There was no one else in the lobby when the bag disapeared. At first, they did not even want to call the police, finally they did so, but instead of calling a Tourists Police who speaks English, they called a local police. Need I say, nothing was solved. I didn't even get the Police Report, looks like they have "a system". ;-(
