My friend who suffers from anxiety felt comfortable at this hotel.
The hotel staff werenâ€™t accepting of my friend when he was having an anxiety attack. Rather than be supportive & accommodating, they called the police & lied about his actions & resulted in my friend being tasered & hospitalized.
Pool down for no reason and the staff was never to be seen. Poor breakfast selection. Will never go to this hotel again

staff! very rude. i have videos of them, they threat us, front desk lady she attacked on us. we end up staying holiday inn. this hotel is worst than any nightmare.

Yes. It was old hotel. Smelly. Bathroom shower was stuck in one place with no continuous flow of water. No room services. It appeared as though they were doing me a favor when I asked for a crib. I had to take the crib to my room from the lobby area.
The front desk people were magnificent. They were very helpful and nice each of the three times we called for instructions on how to find the place. Our phones and GPS did not work in Canada, so we did not know where we were, much less where we were goi
