Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location, especially for airport access and reaching Toronto. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating the variety and quality, while others found it repetitive or lacking. Some guests noted issues with service, such as unhelpful or unfriendly staff, and a few experienced problems with amenities like the pool, gym, and ironing facilities. Value for price was generally seen as reasonable, though some felt it could be better. Overall, the hotel was considered a good option for a clean and convenient stay, though there is room for improvement in breakfast and amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews
