Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviews highlighting positive interactions at the front desk and good customer service. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with multiple guests mentioning dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and issues with housekeeping. Noise was also a frequent complaint, with guests disturbed by freeway traffic, noisy appliances, and loud neighbors. Overall, while the service was generally praised, improvements in cleanliness and noise control are needed.
