Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the friendly and helpful staff, the enjoyable pool area, and the convenient location near attractions and the beach. However, many reviews noted that the rooms and facilities are outdated, with some issues regarding cleanliness and room size. While the pool and entertainment were highlights for families, extra charges for amenities and maintenance issues were common complaints. Overall, the positive service and amenities stood out despite the need for renovations.
