Pros (+) Excellent customer service and great staff
Cons (-) I had to walk three times to the Lobby as the room key did not work. There should be a guest phone near the rooms so that guests can call the Lobby and get assistance. The walk to the Lobby back and forth with luggage was quite unpleasant.

Cons (-) Property is starting to show its age in some areas. Food was ok, but nothing had a wow factor. Rooms were comfortable and the pool/beach area was top notch. Entertainment was ok. Pros (+) I liked that there was was a game room and a lounge which both had billiards, darts, and foosball. There was a 10 minute intro to scuba offered in the swimming pool which I found interesting as someone with no prior experience. It was very casual and didn't require an appointment.
