The Grand was luxury and hospitality at its finest. The pools, activities, food, friendly concierge, and butlers really made this place great. Highly recommend!

Pros (+) Amazing location with great clean beach. This hotel makes an emphasis on expressing luxury. Service is awesome- leaves at the main lobby bar, Roberto the butler, and Misty of star friends stand out the most). The strength of this hotel is the care the employees give to make you feel special. Awesome location
Cons (-) The only item is the broken promises. Man lobby attendants overbooked the hotel and booked us at the RIU. They stated we would be compensated 2 nights and that they would pay the taxi fare back to the hotel once they got their booking settled.... they did neither and when I approached them for the promised, they ignored it throughout my stay.
