Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests highlight the hotel's excellent central location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff as major positives. Cleanliness and bed comfort receive mixed feedback, with some guests noting issues such as odors, old furniture, and hard mattresses, while others found the rooms clean and the beds comfortable. A recurring negative is the noise level, especially at night, and the presence of cigarette smells in some areas. Despite some drawbacks, the value of the location and service stands out in the reviews.
