Ι Liked that we could smell the cleanliness even before we got into the building. They also apply scent marketing i think. In the room some furniture could have been better and more in place. They need to mention in booking engines that if you want to sleep more than 2 guests then the other bed will be the sofa bed. This needs to be more explicit perhaps.
Pros:Checkout
Cons:Wow! This place was bad. Check in was friendly. And that is where the joy ended. One of the two elevators was already out of service. The remaining elevator was as dirty as the carpet on the fourth floor. The room has seen better days as well. Floor panels looked like water damage. The air conditioner only had warm and muggy air for us. The TV only offered free French channels that were available via antenna. The room was dark and had hardly any wall plug so you could charge laptop or phones. The outdoor pool was cold and dirty. The internet was weak and useless. And then it had to happen - the second elevator failed as well. Carrying suitcases and bags up and down 4 floors. The remaining stars are for the bed that was comfortable.
Cons:Location, it’s not a good idea to stay there if you are with public transport
Pros:Nice to find a place with three beds since we have two teenagers. Some staff members were nice and helpful.
Cons:Location; access to and from the park was not as easy as we thought it would be. We got differing info about bus access from different staff members upon arrival. The shuttle seems like a good deal price-wise, but you need to make a reservation. Definitely not convenient to walk to the parks, so we ended up taking an Uber every day which was reasonably priced ($7-8 one way for 4) and easier when returning to the hotel at night. It was very hard to call ahead of time to ask a question. Twice, we were stuck in an endless hold for reservations when we just needed the front desk, some of who do not speak English (which is fine, though the hotel promotes a bilingual staff). Pool was also extremely cold. Lastly, the laundry facilities need an upgrade.
