curtains where mesh like, in other words everyone can see you in your room with your lights on ! If you like this book the groundfloor! sofabed is no option for a good night rest.
We got upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival. The room was very nicely laid out with a comfortable, large bed! It can be a challenge to find a decent sized bed in France. nothing
Close to Disneyland Paris / 2 distinct rooms + 2 bathrooms great to accomodate a family of 5 / breakfast offered quite a variety of items (contrary to critics found in your guest reviews). The baby cot had not been prepared when we arrived, contrary to our request. But the staff quickly provided us with a baby cot (that we put up ourselves).
I thought the suites were very well designed and felt very much like home. The main reason was to head to Disneyland Paris but they had a mini bus which only seated 8 which meant a long wait. A bus which you could either book 30 min in advance or a bigger bus would be recommended.
The location - very close to Euro Disney. Train station into Paris easy access.
Nice family hotel close to Disneland Receptionist very slow and in some ocassions not very helpful, answering phone calls while dealing with customers...bit rude
An excellent hotel, very clean and tidy and child friendly There was no porter
Very modern. I loved the lights in the room and the view of the runway. The restaurant/bar was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this was my favorite place to stay on business so far.
Very modern and clean. Good service and in-room amenities. Free wifi...and easy check-in-check out Walking distance to the Airport price was a little higher
We really appreciated how clean and functional the room was, a very small micro-studio but designed well with clean countertops, a very clean bathroom, and easy to use controls for blinds/shower/tv etc. The large bed and towels were very comfortable. It was also helpful to have a casual restaurant/bar onsite, we had everything we needed after a long drive to the airport. The computer check-in was new for us and confusing at first, but the attendant was extremely helpful with all of our questions.
very clear, friendly staff, nice rooms shower kind of tiny, no parking space other than paying, not even for the first hour in which people come loaded with luggage and have to choice but to pay for the parking.
Brand new Hotel with a very Chic attitude. We didn't stay in paris Long enough. At least 3 nights is needed to get a sense of this Beautiful City.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended and great price.
small room, but clean, modern, and convenient location
Hands off but fully available approach to customer service. Fully digitally connected as well as humanly connected. The staff is always available and extremely friendly. Fantasic rooms with great digital access on both entertainment and communication/internet. This is in my top ten hotels ever. I have been travelling for over 25 years worldwide. There was nothing I didn't like excecpt maybe the price of the brekfast buffett.
close to Disney. a lot of activities for children. various food menu. plates in restaurant were washed too bad, there are few staff in restaurant, so nobody cleaned the tables during the meal. the stairs in the doubledecked beds were too dangerous, not convenient even for adults.
the service, staff were extremely lovely and helpful
the close proximity to disneyland and the easy connection.
Designed especially for the kids. Our daughter liked the room and the environment. Travelling to Disney village was very easy. We never waited for more than 5 mins for the shuttle. large rooms and large beds. There were very few personnel at the reception. for the 3 days we stayed, there was always a long queue. The breakfast could have more variety. There was a moisture smell in our room.
Rooms is very cleans . Breakfast is excellent . The Hotel is very nice but it has only one problem and it's the internet because it's not free and they charge 6 EUR for 3 hour and there is only one computer to use.
nice, clean rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast.
The family friendly atmosphere was most appealing. The children loved having the bunk beds and the pool was great as well.
The shuttle service was excellent. With the exception of our initial contact w/ two members of the staff we felt the rest of the employees were couteous and helpful. Although we didn't really use them, the gardens were lovely the pool and the whirpool were very cold. They were also poorly located. I did not like being charged for a pool towel or locker. We arrived during the train strike and were a bit frazzled to say the least. When asking the conceriege for help and information, we were a bit put off by his lack of help.
Being picked up by a shuttle to Disney Park. The service in the snack bar was very good and staff friendly. We were disappointed at the welcome reception was very poor and not friendly at all.
ease from euro star and parks
Comfy beds, food was ok, free shuttle to Disneyland, indoor pool and the concierge kindly ordered us a takeaway pizza as food had ended on our arrival Shower would only go luke warm, request on 1st day for replacement bathroom products not done until we were leaving, menu could be improved breakfast ok , bar expensive, as a disabled customer I did fall over a stray ball from the ball pool, the luggage store seemed a bit lax in security despite having to have a card to enter we noticed some guests going in and out when they opened the door and some "guests" looking at other luggage? Takeaway ordered by the hotel was cheaper by half than room service! A couple more English tv channels please, we had to move several room service items in the corridor to get through
The location, and the size of the rooms -the cue at the breakfast and dinner ..... -the price of Booking.com was less expensive, but without dinner ....
Good value for the room price Restaurant very expensive with limited quality
Staff , Comfort, Quietness in room, Ease of getting to Parks. Though the items were there for making drinks, there was no kettle! Ther was a large attractive lamp in the corner, but no bulbs in it ! Small things, but they should have been ok. I was going to fill in the guest info card but the last guests one was still there uncollected.
disneyland food ,
Clean room, near DisneyPark, shuttle Room didn't have night lock and air vent was quite noisy
Very easy to get around with all the shuttles/busses offered. Was able to access Disney Village, the train station, and the shopping center whenever we wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My kids love the bunk beds!
very clean and comfortable. staff were very helpfull, and spoke good english
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Magic Circus Hotel for making our stay special. We, in particular, enjoyed having cartoon characters around during breakfast and the child-friendly atmosphere that you have created in the hotel. Our kids had a fantastic time and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was equally good. We will certainly return. I think that we would have preferred clean bed sheets at least by the third day stay of our stay. They were never changed during our 5 day stay. The room was smaller than on pictures displayed on the website. For a family of 4 it was a bit cramped.
The service was friendly, special thanks to Mr. Johann at the reception. Room was big enough and clean. Shuttle bus to the parks was excellent and easy to use. Room was quiet as we wished and also our wish to get two separate beds (for mother and 16 year old son) was fullfilled. It would be nice if there were a fridge in every room. We would have preferred a wider choice of restaurant facilities (á la carte); buffet every evening and snacks only daytime were not enough, although the buffet was very good. My son got coffee on his new shirt in the breakfast room because one waiter pushed him by mistake but we could not get any help (no laundry service nor washing powder) to clean it.
The hotel is located a few minutes drive from DisneyLand and there shuttles were frequently coming. You have to pay the hotel immediately for any room service or at the restaurant, you cannot pay them upon check-out.
Close to rer station and town centre Hotel is incomplete. No spa facility yet available on site. No local or even hotel information in room. Wifi enabled but no computer or printing possible in lobby. Minimal to non existent tourist information available from reception staff. Kitchenette doesn't provide basic detergent for machine
Close to Disneyland Paris, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very friendly staff Overall breakfast was just ok.
It was a shame that we had to be moved from our first room to a new room as we had no cold water, but the hotel staff were friendly. The advertised free wifi was disappointing as the firewall stopped us using the wifi .... we couldnt book tickets for the LIDO wifi, noise
Have a problem with this hotel and reservation please call me at 973-301-1420 tx Frank White
Proximity to Disneyland was very good. Shuttles were great, never waited more than 5 minutes, and ride was 4 minutes to front gate I have had better breakfast
The location of the hotel is one of the best feature. Shopping centers is 5min walk and Disney land is very near about 10 min using rer trains The staff was rude and not very cooperative. The picture on the website is completely different that reality
Newness of hotel, decor of public area, location, rate and mini kitchen in room. Good use of space in room. a lot of potential as a good hotel for the area. The fact that it's so new. Room smelled of construction dust, headboard still had masking tape, no tea/coffee service and other amenities that should come with a mini kitchen, nice looking but flimsy furniture and twin beds that won't stay together (I fell in the crack, yay!). Apathetic staff and bad breakfast (cheap quality). No information about the area or minibar available in room.
Starting with Check-in we had a wonderful stay! The front desk was friendly and spoke English fluently. We had a Jr. Suite on the 1st floor (the 2nd floor if you're American). We were so impressed with the room! A toilet and shower right when you walk in, with a kitchenette off the side. It had a fridge, stove top, microwave, sink, dish washer, tea kettle, coffee maker and all the untensils, plates, etc. that you'd need. They also had a little welcome tray with two water bottles and some tea and coffee. Past the kitchen was a living room with a pull out sofa couch, coffee table, small dining table, desk, TV and closet. There was also a balcony off the sitting room. Past the sitting room was the master suite with sliding pocket doors, and two twin size beds, TV, another closet and then the master bathroom with tub, large sink and toilet. Everything in the room was clean, and fresh and new. We were completely satisfied. We also only used the spa facilities once but loved it! It was a lot of furniture for a small space, so having more than two bodies might have felt crowded, but it worked perfectly for the two of us. The Jacuzzi at the spa wasn't very hot.
Staff unfriendly, unhelpful. Bar closes at 11pm even to residents. No coat hangers in room coffee machine did not work.Expensive for what it offers.
Locition Bad rooms, and discomfort in the room service, the time of entry at four in the evening, too late
the bus shuttle to EuroDisney, as well as the room was spacious. the breakfast is also rich and tasty. Service of the room. the do not afford slippers and bath ropes. another, they do not have a shuttle to the val d europe. the mattress need to be changes as well .
Size of the room the comfortable bed The garden totally burn by the sun. You have then an view on a desert Window not clean at all Dirty curtain the breakfast :pancake are cold, fruit taste not good
Very nice view from the room , near from disney land If you miss the last bus from disney land you have to take a taxi , they dont know that the people want to have dinner in the disney village because theres no other restaurants in the area , after the park closed of 15 mins its the time of last bus it should be after an hour , but thanks it was a great hotel.
Very careful staff, calm atmosphere in hotel, good for rest and sleep, beautiful nature, wonderful breakfast nothing
Nothing at all Check in time: 45 mins (Trainee without a clue, no supervising manager available) Wanted to upgrade to Suite, SAS wanted to charge the difference between discounted price and list price. Rooms were dirty. They sell standard rooms as family rooms for a higher fee, all rooms in the hotel have the same size. Staying in hotels around 50 to 70 days per year, this was the worst experience ever.
Everything for the price we payed. Room was big, and clean. Nice LCD tv, big bathroom...Hotel is 10 min withe the free shuttle bus to the disneyland park.
Location, Staff are wonderful, clean rooms, staff are more than excellent, Buses to disney were on time and clean
The room was nice, the staff ok Took more than 30 mins to check out, missed Cups in the room after first day
the view of the golf play ground the cleaning staff they are not up to the standard
Free Internet Service! The bus service between the hotel & Disney parks was not every 5 or 15 minutes as I was told over the phone by the hotel staff prior to arriving. It was every hour or more! The hotel's restaurant closes early! There were not adequate play activities for the kids.
Room was conforable The spa/swimming pool was closed. The hotel was chosen expressely because of spa/swimming pool facilities. The closing was not communicated at booking. If I knew in advance I would not book that hotel.
The decoration and comfort of the room, the golf course nearby, the quality of the breakfast and the foyer/bar area Unfortunately none of the maps of the Disneyland area show this hotel, neither do the street signs so it can be challenging to find if coming from the train station.
Reasonable price and good location near to Disney resort. Insulation of room is not quite well.
the room no internet,no phone cant call out,no spa, building works during our stay
Thais Massage The hotel has a very limited shuttle bus service to the metro station ( 2 km away ).We were left stranded at 8.30 pm with our 7 year old daughter .We were told the shuttle driver had gone home. Hotel was not concerned in solving our problem. Hotel in the middle of nowhere .
the site is good and calm. the surrounding is high class district.not a lot of shops around but man can get his stuff. the hotel is not provided with room service. in general it is a good place to stay not to be spoiled. we r accustomed to breakfast bufet to be richer.
They didn't charge us for the extra bed.
The swimming pool was not built, the rooms were not finished, the hotel was covered in dust and workmens tools
Having a small kitchenette and fridge. Also it was very convenient for the motorway and disneyland, but very quiet.
Clean Other time share resorts which I have stayed at had the kitchen implements (plates, cups, utensils) already supplied in the rooms. There were an added extra with an extra cost.
this is my 2nd stay in paxton this year.i will prefer this hotel to anyone who visit france. none.
I was hoping that there will be a refrigerator in the room as it is supposed to be a breakfast better than that. 4 euros for the English breakfast is supposed to be free as in hotels in Malaysia.
The friendliness of the employees The lack of hot water on last day
Free shuttle buses Unkind staff
The facilities for children were excellent. Marco's pizza place was also good for getting a snack after a busy day in the parks, and 1 pizza was more than enough for two people. The shuttle buses were a bit packed and a bit of a free for all.
This is an excellent hotel if you are travelling with children. The pool, food, shopping , facilities and convenient proximity to Disneyland@Paris was brilliant for a family trip
Great hotel good for families with children clean and comfortable. The one thing that definately needs a big improvement is the transportation service to & from the parks the infrequent overcrowded buses spoiled a very enjoyable holiday!
Ease of getting to the resort without payinghuge dollars
good for children only Breakfast
Hotel was great just needs airconditioning in the room espcially in the summer as it could get hot..love the pool and d indoor soft play as its near the cafe/ bar. I wish hot food was included in the breakfast.you have to pay extra to have bacon, egg and ssusage..
The hole experiance. The breakfast
shuttle service; park-like surroundings; comfortable room not really. The room was fine except that there were cigarette burns on the (cheap) bedspread. Points off for that kind of carelessness.
Hotel functioned well, was clean and reception staff were helpful. Bar was very poor - highly priced and staff not really suited to the role. Communication not their thing.
Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly. Vrey clean nice atomsphere. The hotel shuttle service (Blackline?) is really bad. If travelling with luggage it will be a nightmare for older or infirm persons. It is however free, so can't complain too much.......Nowhere quiet to have a meal.
No free internet
i cant really say as i was there for a few hrs b4 my flight back home to australia...but overall i had a few good hrs sleep well since its close to the airport the noise of the planes were pretty loud
Shabby room. Waited over an hour to check in. Never received the wake up call I requested. Almost missed my flight.
The bartender that night was great. The lady at the front desk when I first checked in was very nice and helpful. The shower was nice. It's close to CDG. I had requested a late checkout when I booked the hotel, and they told me that was possible, but when I checked in, they had no record of my request. I ended up having to pay 25€ to upgrade, which would also get me free breakfast in the morning, and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The next day, I got a call at 12:30 telling me that checkout was at 12:00 and that it was 10€ per hour to stay later. I told them I'd already paid for the upgrade last night. They looked around and found it and apologized for the confusion. Then as I checked out, they told me I had to pay 26€ for breakfast. I had to go through the whole thing all over again and show them my receipt before they sorted it out. Rooms were run down. Heat was on one temperature only, and adjusting the thermostat didn't help. I had to open the windows it was so hot. Food was mediocre and over priced. The menus they gave us were old, so the food was actually 5€ more than it even showed on the menu, and it wasn't good. (And they didn't tell us about the price difference until they brought the bill.) This hotel is in no way a 4 star hotel. There are tons of hotels in that area close to CDG. Stay at one of those.
Both dinner and breakfast, particularly the latter, were good. Personally, as a Cordon Bleu and now living in France, I would have preferred something more specialised, not just Steak and Chips however good it was - and it was. I am not sure if it was the hotel to blame or only the driver of the shuttle but I ended up at the wrong terminal and had to walk for 40 mins to get to the right one. May I suggest that certainly the Millenium, maybe all the hotels at Roissy, should keep a list of which airlines fly from which terminals. I was travelling by Air Transat and should have been taken to Terminal 3 not 2a.
Original price was honoured by booking com. Good accommodation for the price.
Efficient staff The suite was not 5 star based on the Australian 5 star rating. Note only one robe, fittings in the bathroom need seeing too as well as some varnish
The hotel is very convinient to reach from the Airport by using the black bus. it stops right in fornt of the hotel.Nice breakfast.
close to the airport and the transport into paris centre was great
Large comfortable family rooms. Easy access to Disneyland Paris via shuttle bus and RER train. Across the street from Val D'Europ shopping center. Complimentary early access to Disney Park before general admission (Magic Hours).
Location. Near shopping mall, resturant and with shuttle stop which goes directly to Disneyland Poor breakfast in compared to its price. No iron in the room.
Exellent place near Disneyland. Free and easy connection by bus 50 to Marne la Vallee Disneyland. There you can get tgv train to airport cdg. Near hotel very big shopping centre to by what ever you need and good restaurants. Near hotel local railwaystation, rer trains to Paris centre. So good hotel to do what most people want to do in Paris. No problems!
room good and near shooping centre.. the prature for the water in the tolite is very bad
Exellent hotel for visiting Dysney Park, for families with children - the bus stops right in front of the hotel. It”s 30 minutes driveing to Paris, and minutes walking to a big Mall and Outlet Village. The hotel is clean with a big bathroom . I enjoyed staying at this hotel and woudd certainly recomend it.
Great location with super close access to trains (RER access directly across street) and shuttle bus service to Disney parks. Rooms are very clean, contemporary, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet selection is expansive with options for anyone from around the world. ,Only negative is wait time and crowded shuttle bus returns at close of day from Disneyland
The Hotel is in a great location beside shopping centre and the regular shuttle service to Eurodisney was excellent.
good location only bed was so bad . and service was so poor. brack fast was poor too.
Size of the room and access to Paris No tea or coffe making facility and more storage for clothes i.e. hangers
CLose to train station. Close to Shopping center and outlet. And frequent free shuttle bus to Disney land which take only 10 mins
Staff was helpful, especially Magdalena a Polish receptionist who was very nice. The hotel is next to a very big mall that is open 7 days a week, something very rear in Paris. Sea life exhibition there is very nice for kids. The bus for Disney stops in front of hotel and the new town of Val d'Europe was interesting to me, I would like to find out more about it from a real estate point of view. The blankets were old and worn out, I believe that if they changed the blankets the rest would be o.k.
Fantastically professional staff (Bar one) Amazing attention to detail by Hotel in local knowledge. Wonderful accomodation The staff member in the Bar failed to pick up the phone in 20 minutes of calling despite reception going over twice.
Overall fantastic, only minor negative was that there was no heating in the bathroom so with outside temps at -4°C it was rather cold.
Facilities, fully equipped kitchen, laundry machines inside each of the townhouse and availability of foodstuff for cooking at "marketplace" inside the resort. The wifi service inside the accomodation should be free for the guest, EUR 10 per day per machine is too expensive (i,e.unreasonable). A family with 3 children who have one notebook each will have to pay EUR 30 / day. This wifi are available for free at many other hotels. The Mobile reception at the resort also very poor.
It was very spacious, homey and very well equipped. There are also plentiful parking spaces for everyone. The check-out time was at 10 O'clock and we were not informed until 10 O'clock, and the staff were not helpful.
It was a small villa with 2 bed room and all facilities and all kitchen equipment. Very good place for family. Very close to disneyland and outlet. You can buy Disney tickets from the resort. Excellent security.. Close to CDG airport. Check out at 10AM is very early. Far from Paris
The accommodation was better than I had expected, I would mark it 10 out of 10, could not fault it. There was a shuttle that ran daily to the Disney Parks at a cost of €2 pp, the trip took around 10 min. I would not recommend staying anywhere else if going to Eurodisney, we looked at the price and reviews of the Disney Hotels and were amazed how expensive it was, put 'disney' infront of any thing and the price doubles. The place was like home. To get from the parks back to the hotel in the evening we just called them and a taxi was sent out, which was a few euro's more than the bus. There is a small shop on site which sells general groceries but is expensive, we had no car so would recommend one to get to the local supermarket. We were told to get a No' 34 bus which ran to the street which the village was located, the bus driver did not speak a word of english, it did not stop at all stops, we did not know where we were supposed to get off, so we ended up at the bus depot next to the shopping area. We called the hotel who sent out a taxi for us which arrived within 10 mins, I would recommend this method of getting to the hotel. In the evening the shuttle does not run which considering the parks do not close till late, should run later. The parks are expensive to eat, so would recommend like us you take a picnic.
the whole stay wa like a dream. the house was very big and the the hotel was very peaceful the rooms were cold
- Clean the room - Required gulfe car to transport guests from the maine hotel entrance to the hall reception - need ( WI - FI ) internet free for guests - need room service
Room was very clean with all of the necessities. Very good location if coming in on SNCF train or on plain. When first arrived was given a room that the guests had not yet checked out of and it had not been cleaned. Hotel quickly gave us another room but we were disturbed we were given a key to someone else's room and had access to their baggage.
Location and price nothing it was all good
We stayed at this hotel after returning from Spain, the night before our return flight home. The proximity to Paris CDG airport and the ease of getting to the airport made this the perfect hotel.
nothing The price wat to high and we slept with all the painters in the hallway we had to jump over the paint cans and it smelled. We could not move in the room the beds were to close to each other and that all for $250 / a night.
the hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and room was the best i stayed in during my week of bussiness
When needing being close to the airport it is very convenient.
Fabulously convenient location--just walk out of hotel and into Charles De Gaulle airport. Elegant decor. A surprisingly delicious dinner in the restaurant with friends. A good breakfast. I think the room as a little hot. I was too tired to try and fiddle with the thermostat so perhaps that was fixable.
A good choice for an overnight stay when leaving CDG on a morning flight. Excellent restaurant
Really liked the hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Great staff and "inside" the airport. The shuttle to the airport is right out the hotel. 5 minutes and you're in the terminal 2. The price was a bit high.
been connect to the airport and to the train station
At airport Convenient Breakfast good Carpet dirty Bathroom mildew on tiles Air freshener too strong
once found (they were still putting the signs up in the terminal, very convenient place to stay. it was surprisingly quiet. stained carpet, small rooms, cant open the windows for fresh air, to the extent that it was a relief to get outside the next morning
Excellent value for a family visiting EuroDisney. Good evening meals that were very well priced. Free parking. Large clean rooms. Helpful staff. Swimming pool was very cold. Wi-Fi is not free to guests
It is near Disneyland The personnel should speak english
Very close to disneyland (about 15 min) by car. Nice room. Free coffee/tea in the room. The price (225e-3 nights- 4 persons) was really good. 13 euro for a breakfast are too much. A cheaper price it will be nice.No access to Paris with public transportation.
the pool and the room very clean
Perfect choice if you visit Disneyland by car. Free private parking. Coffee/tee making facilities and fridge in the room are definitely a plus, together with the sliding table - ideal for making your own breakfast/lunch in the room (Carrefour in easily reachable by car in 5 min). Big hotel chains like Novotel are always reliable, no bad surprises as sometimes in smaller hotels. Rooms are very clean.
Most staff were friendly Location of this hotel is terrible. If you have no car then i wouldnt bother staying here. You have t catch a bus to the hotel which stops running at 9.30pm. You then have no choice but to get a taxi which will rip you off.
Was very good for price, accommodating 2 adults and 2 children, close enough for easy access to Disneyland. Would recommend.
We were super close to Disney which was the main reason for our stay. Once again, the Novotel was a great hotel for our family. We will continue to stay whenever we get the chance.
Very good location for visit Disnayland! Nice corner for kids. Reach breakfast.
Swimming Pool It wasnt close to disney land.
Great location. The airport train station is very nearby and that's probably the best way to get there unless you have a lot of luggage, in which case there is also a free shuttle. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The restaurant had a very limited menu and all of the food was very overpriced. Also, there was no hot tub.
Easy access to terminal 1 & 2 None.
Beautiful hotel closest to the airport.
Great location next to airport for last night in Paris. We always stay at the Hilton to ease the logistics of returning home in the US.
No internet in The room and no water to drink
Hotel is excellent in all aspects no free wifi in the rooms. free airport shutlle need to be run to every terminal
Enjoyed the Executive Lounge and room size. Shame that there is no shuttle to Terminal 3. I know the terminal is close, but my 80 year old mother had a difficult time getting from the hotel to Terminal 3.
Nice room and bathroom. It was nice staying there before an early flight. They had a shuttle that took us to the airport. We enjoyed a bottle of wine in the bar. Nothing
Food was REALLY expensive but we didn't have choice. 2 burgers 2 coke 59 euros. And it took for ever to get that to the bar Close to the airport
The hotel is easily accessible from the RER CDG terminal 1-3 (second to last on the RER B)...it's so close you can actually use the luggage carts in the terminal to push your suitcases (and kids) to hotel. There is also usually a stockpile of a half-dozen carts just outside the hotel on the way to the station from other travellers who figured this out. The airport and hotel are in zone 5 of the metro, so if you get a day pass that includes zone 5 you're all set for a day trip into the city on the RER (30-50 minutes depending on the train and destination). The hotel breakfast was rather pricy, and you can get cheap pastries and coffee in the RER station for the whole family for the price of one breakfast. There is a hotel shuttle that picks up at the 5th floor of RER terminal 2...which has a number of logitical issues: 1) If you have a cart, you need to use the elevators...which usually have too many people waiting for them while they service the floors you're not on. 2) if you are being dropped off by the shuttle, don't expect carts to be available on the 5th floor. I had to go down the stairs to get a cart on the 4th floor, then carried it up to the 5th floor, loaded up several bags, waited 10 minutes for the elevator, then decided it would be faster to carry the bags down to the 4th floor and reload there. It was faster than waiting for the elevator on the 5th floor. 3) the shuttle can only hold a certain number of people, and even if it runs every 15-20 minutes, it's possible during peak times that you might have to wait for a third shuttle.
Great convenient location to CDG train station and Roissy airport. Room good size, clean and bed comfortable Nice, quiet and relaxed atmosphere Toilet tank made strange noises every 20 minutes or so ALL night.. Water temperature in shower fluctuates between cool and warm and cannot be regulated. Water pressure weak in shower Strange display - amenities "missing" in bathroom - sewing kit box is empty, Q-tips and shoe shine cloth just sat on tray without boxes... Executive Lounge food needs improvement.
very clean and warm the coloured ladies cleaning the rooms could learn how to smile when th e kids said hello to them
Staff was very helpful, room was clean, location if the hotel and free transport to/from Disneyland was perfect. Not all staff spoke English very well, wireless internet not available in all rooms (signal marginal some floors, at least with my laptop).
its quite close to disney with free shuttle buses running quite frequently The room was very very warm and hard to regulate the temperate, room was quite small for a family
evrything was clean and just as described served its purpose well
This was a very good value hotel. The rooms are a little small for a family of four, but bearing how much time you actually spend in the room this wasn't a problem. Breakfast was very good, considering this was more of a 'budget' hotel than some of the others at Disney. The Free shuttle bus to Disney is useful. Staff were informative and pleasant which added to a great stay. One problem we had was that we was in a non smoking block, by request, but found that people would smoke outside the rooms which in turn set off the fire alarms twice in the middle of the night, scaring the kids somewhat as we had to evacuate on both occasions!
The hotel is okay apart from the airconditioning problem we had. The food was very poorly prepared. No better selection especially for the kids. The toys in the dining area was too much of a distraction to kids.
good and comfort facility compared to its price the reception, staffs are not organized, you should wait at least 10 minutes whatever you want to do
Clean room, comfortable, friendly staff, shuttle bus to Disneyland very useful, poor breakfast
Family environment, cleanliness, staff and their ability to speak English
The location is awesome! We drove in, parked at the hotel for free and took the free shuttle to the park. Basic breakfast, but more than we needed and the staff were wonderful. The wifi was weak, but that won't stop me from coming back!
