They gave me a room with the hotel large AC unit right above my ceiling. It was very loud and sounded like someone was running a vacuum in my room all night. I did not sleep at all. I complained to the hotel staff that night but they could only move me to another room in the morning. I am asking for a refund of my first night stay.

Pros (+) Very clean and comfortable hotel. We travel for RMU sporting events and the hotel is very good for groups of people who want to gather in a central location. I love the fitness center and made to order breakfast is great. Appreciate the free coffee and tea.
Cons (-) Bar tends to close at 10 pm on weekends which seems a bit early. Service in breakfast area is good but not great (only experience I have is on weekends).
